CIC Warsaw is an all-inclusive premium office and coworking space where all amenities are included in the rental price. No credit system, no limits.

Keep in mind the ergonomic world-class furniture, such as Vitra, Bene desks and the famous Aeron chairs from Herman Miller.

Our coworking space is a 500 sqm silent zone with access to daylight, where you will find comfortable sofas and armchairs, ergonomic balls, standing desks, lockable cabinets - and a green ceiling with a garden of natural moss! In addition, the coworking space has three private conference rooms and two phone booths prepared for people working there. Have we mentioned the inspiring view of the neighboring Palace of Culture and Science?

And if you want to relax, you don't have to leave our CIC Warsaw Innovation Campus. We have two game rooms with consoles, a massage room, a wellness area, a room for a parent with a child, showers with fresh towels and cosmetics, and in the summer we invite you to the highest terrace in Europe on the 21st floor, where we organize integration and networking events for Tenants.

At CIC Warsaw, you will also benefit from free professional reception services. Our team will take care of your mail and packages, and even pick up your delivered meals! At the Campus, all members of the CIC Community can also use the fully equipped Mail Room, where you will find envelopes, cardboard boxes, guillotines, bubble wrap and stretch wrap.

CIC is celebrating 25 years of experience, and in Poland since 2020, we occupy two floors in the prestigious Varso complex at 73 Chmielna Street, home to the tallest building in Europe. CIC Warsaw is a two-minute walk from the Warsaw Central Station, the bus terminal, the Centrum (1st line) and Rondo ONZ (2nd line) metro stations and numerous tram stops.

Enter the Varso complex from Chmielna or Jerozolimskie street and head to the second floor, where you will find the CIC Warsaw reception.

The building also features a four-story underground parking garage.
