Located within the university and part of an innovation ecosystem with opportunities to collaborate and for business support. We offer office spaces from 180 sq ft – 2,000 sq ft as well as membership options. When you join our tenant community you don’t just get an office space - you get access to a wide range of resources and perks that are exclusively available to our tenants.

You will be joining a rich and diverse tenant community that is made up of established SMEs, start-ups, charities, and student businesses. We host a number of tenant focused events, but you are also able to access events organised by the University that may be beneficial to your company.
