About Haus am Domplatz

As the name suggests, the building is located in the heart of Hamburg's old town on Domplatz, a neighborhood with both traditional and modern architecture. In collaboration with architects Stiff + Trevillion the contemporary building combined with Hanseatic architectural features. It was inspired by traditional Hanseatic patterns and color palettes, which continue inside with beautiful armatures and details. These include terracotta and earth tones combined with geometric tiles and mosaics.
At Haus am Domplatz, you have the opportunity to work surrounded by some of Hamburg's most famous landmarks. These include the beautiful Binnenalster lake as well as the historic Speicherstadt warehouse district and the Chilehaus, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Right next door is also the famous editorial office of the newspaper DIE ZEIT.
