Situated in Richardstrasse 85/86 in the trending quarter Neukölln, the Unicorn Village is the largest Unicorn workspace so far. Located in a charming former four-sided courtyard that was originally a dairy farm, the space was just renovated by our team of architects.
The workspace
What makes this location truly unique, are the loft-like rooms with space for up to 30 workplaces at the very top. This gives larger teams the opportunity to join forces in an open space under a single roof. Another highlight is the large courtyard that makes an ideal place for a lunch break in the sun or even invites to hold a short open-air meeting.
On more than 2,100m² of space spread over three floors and an outdoor area, we are realizing different space concepts. In order to fit every need there will be offices ranging from single offices for two, up to several larger connected offices for up to 100 desks.
All offices are available fully furnished and equipped with ergonomic chairs, desks and lamps. Between 9am and 5pm our community barista who combines the skills of a trained barista and a community manager, will be there to cater to your needs. This includes everything from the preparation of your cappuccino exactly the way you like it, and making sure that you never miss a letter of your mail. Furthermore, the Unicorn package includes water, tea and fruits as well as postal services for your packages, 24/7 access, high speed internet and a cleaning service, so you can truly focus on what matters. So let us take care of running the office while you take care of your business.
